About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director Human Resources to lead our overseas operations in Johannesburg, South Africa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for human resource integration in overseas regions, organizational structure optimization, and ensuring the optimal utilization of human resources. You will work closely with international teams to develop and implement effective HR strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for human resource integration in overseas regions, organizational structure optimization, human cost control and other core dimensions;
  • Regularly analyze the trend of overseas talent market, industry competition, pay attention to the talent gap in key positions, and ensure the manpower demand for new projects to be put into production;
  • The whole module system is optimized and built;
  • Cross-cultural employee relationship management;
  • Cooperate with overseas regional HR landing policy implementation and other work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources, business administration, psychology and other related majors are preferred;
  • Experience in large overseas HR management is preferred, and experience in overseas new market development or cross-regional team integration is preferred;
  • English can be used as a working language, can accept long-term assignment;
  • Able to adapt to overseas working environment, with strong pressure resistance and emergency handling ability.
