About the Role

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and professional Operations Manager to join a prestigious luxury hotel group in Nigeria. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership abilities and a solid background in Food & Beverage operations, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel and ensuring exceptional service delivery across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional service delivery across all departments
  • Lead and support departmental managers in maintaining the highest operational standards
  • Drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability while upholding the property’s luxury standards
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local requirements
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance in Food & Beverage to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Monitor and evaluate performance, implementing improvements where required

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a senior management role within a luxury hospitality environment
  • Strong background in Food & Beverage management is highly desirable
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with the leadership team
  • Must be willing to travel extensively as required by the role

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (if applicable)
