About the Role
HotelJobs, a leading hospitality service provider, is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join their team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in connecting with accommodation owners who require assistance in choosing the right solution for their business. Your primary objective will be to guide these clients through the process, ensuring they understand the value of our products and channels, and ultimately drive more bookings and reduce unnecessary admin.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and leads that fit their ideal client profile, ensuring you focus on opportunities where they can make the biggest impact.
- Reach out via calls and emails to guide prospects through their options, showing them the value of the product in a clear, client-focused way.
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand client needs and priorities, helping them feel understood and supported.
- Keep all interactions and notes up to date in the CRM, making sure the client journey is seamless and transparent.
- Present products and benefits consultatively, helping clients make the right choices for their business.
- Build trust and strong relationships, positioning the company as a partner, not just a service.
- Meet agreed sales targets while keeping the client experience front of mind.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth handover, making clients feel confident and in control from start to finish.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the hospitality or travel industry with a focus on helping clients succeed.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to explain solutions clearly and simply.
- Friendly; professional, and confident approach that prioritizes client needs.
- Organised and able to manage multiple accounts while keeping the client journey seamless.
