About the Role
We are seeking an experienced F&I Business Manager to join our team in Pietermaritzburg. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for managing financial and insurance business, handling a high volume of sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial and insurance sales
- Handle an average of 30 units per month
- Perform against targets
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role with a proven track record
- Matric Certificate (NQF 4) in Retail or Short-Term Insurance
- RE Accreditation
- NCA Accreditation
- FAIS Credits of at least 120
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Qualifications
- Completed Matric Certificate (NQF 4)
