About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dealer Principal to join our team in Helderberg, Western Cape. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and expanding our market share. Key Responsibilities

Develop strategies to enhance dealership revenue, profitability, and market share.
Implement people capacity plans aligned with performance objectives and budgets.
Achieve and exceed financial targets as agreed.
Manage cross-functional areas effectively to optimize operations.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and OEM guidelines.
Oversee the dealership’s financial assets, including cash flow, stock, and debtors.
Lead and manage staff to attract and retain high-quality employees.
Focus on customer acquisition and retention through customer-centric initiatives.
Analyse market trends and competitor intelligence to inform strategies.
Foster a positive work environment that maximizes employee productivity.

Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) required
B Com / other relevant tertiary business/commercial qualifications (preferable)
± 7 years in the motor industry with exposure to various business disciplines
± 5 years Dealer Operational Management Experience in retail, sales and service
Marketing experience
