About the Role
Our client, a multi-discipline design communications company based in the UK, is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Account Manager to join their remote team. This exciting opportunity will require a skilled professional with strong project management and account management expertise to deliver top-notch results for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning, scheduling and liaising with studio and clients to ensure that everything goes according to plan.
- Taking client communication briefs, scheduling projects and drafting of briefs.
- Undertaking research where required.
- Quality checking creative work.
- Presenting and selling creative work.
- Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions.
- Briefing the studio team on projects.
Requirements
- 3-5 years account management experience in a creative agency at executive or management level.
- Solid understanding of creative processes (digital, video and print), timings and budgeting.
- A good understanding of, and ideally, practical experience of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing and Website Project Management.
- Copywriting.
- Design packaging.
- Strategy development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualifications.
