About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Execution Sales Manager to join our fast-growing FMCG business in the beverage industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, executing strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and distribution targets.
- Lead and manage in-market execution, ensuring product availability, visibility, and compliance with agreed standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers and trade partners.
- Negotiate trading terms and secure strong order volumes and placements.
- Drive customer-focused initiatives to grow retention and expand coverage.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team, setting clear KPIs and tracking performance.
- Analyse sales performance and market trends, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 8+ years FMCG sales experience, with strong exposure to general trade and wholesale channels.
- At least 3 years in a management role.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and execution excellence.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Commercial acumen, analytical ability, and a results-driven mindset.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
