Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a HARVEST & ADMIN ASSISTANT. As an agricultural background holder, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our farm, ensuring efficient harvests, and maintaining accurate administrative records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating harvest schedules
  • Capture data electronically using spreadsheets (Excel)
  • Maintain organized files and databases related to farm production and administration
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and record-keeping
  • Provide general support to the farming team

Requirements

  • Agricultural Diploma or Degree
  • Relevant agricultural background experience (advantageous)

Qualifications

  • Computer literate with basic Excel skills
