Responsibilities
1. Assist in Design Projects
- Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes based on project requirements and user needs.
- Support the design team in developing and refining user interface designs for web and mobile applications.
2. User Research and Testing
- Participate in user research activities, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights into user behaviour and preferences.
- Analyse research findings to inform design decisions and contribute to user-centric design solutions.
3. Design Implementation
- Help implement design solutions using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design software.
- Ensure designs are consistent with established design guidelines and best practices.
4. Collaborative Work
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Communicate design ideas effectively through presentations and design documentation.
5. Continuous Learning and Improvement
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Seek feedback from team members and mentors to improve design skills and support personal and professional growth.
