- 3-5 years of working experience as a Pastry Chef
- MUST have a Pastry Formal Qualification
- This role involves designing innovative Dessert menus, specialising in Chocolate and Sugar work.
- The Senior Pastry Chef will oversee the pastry team, ensuring high-quality standards, presentation, and consistency.
- MUST have strong Leadership, and creativity is essential, along with a deep understanding of pastry techniques.
