Key Requirements: A passion for leading problem-solving initiatives and delivering robust, scalable BI solutions Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to visualize complex processes, forecast outcomes, and align team efforts with business objectives Proven expertise in overseeing troubleshooting, debugging large codebases, and ensuring code quality across distributed projects Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for fostering collaboration, providing constructive feedback, and resolving conflicts in multicultural teams Open-mindedness to diverse cultures, with adaptability to international workflows and a commitment to inclusive leadership Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role overseeing BI or web application teams Proficiency in deploying, maintaining, and scaling web applications in cloud and on-premise environments Deep knowledge of agile and other software development methodologies, with hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines Experience with BI integrations (e.g., Qlik Sense, Power BI APIs) and visualization standards like IBCS is highly desirable Expertise in the following technologies and tools: React for dynamic, responsive UI development JavaScript/TypeScript for client-side scripting and type-safe development CSS for modern, accessible styling IntelliJ IDEA as a primary IDE for efficient coding workflows Jenkins for automated builds and deployments MS SQL and MySQL for database design, optimization, and querying in BI contexts Client-server configurations (e.g., Tomcat, Java setups) for reliable application hosting WebSockets for real-time data collaboration features Docker for containerization and microservices architecture CI/CD practices to streamline team deliveries Jira for agile project tracking and sprint management ANT or similar build tools for legacy and cross-platform compatibility
