? What You’ll Do:

• Develop and manage detailed production schedules to meet customer deadlines.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless workflow.
• Monitor capacity, resource availability, and lead times to prevent bottlenecks.
• Track work-in-progress and adjust schedules proactively based on operational constraints.
• Generate production reports and performance metrics for management’s review.
• Ensure material availability by collaborating closely with supply chain teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor.

? What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years’ experience in production planning—preferably in heavy engineering, manufacturing or industrial manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of production processes, BOMs, routings, and MRP/ERP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, sound decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills and able to align multiple teams around changing priorities.
