- National Senior Certificate
- Diploma in Agriculture or a related field will be advantageous.
- Proven experience in administrative support roles; experience in the agriculture industry will be beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Full professional proficiency in Afrikaans and English (speaking and writing).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of agricultural terminology, practices, and technologies is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the agronomists.
- Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations for the agronomy team.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Assist in conducting research and collecting data related to crop production and agricultural practices.
- Collaborate with the team to prepare and distribute educational materials to clients and farmers.
- Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in organising and coordinating field visits, events, and workshops.
- Ad hoc or other related duties as assigned.
