Job Description
- Collect medical and related trust/curatorship expenses from the RAF.
- Draft and prepare court applications accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain, update, and verify trust and curatorship records.
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and document management.
- Attend court proceedings as required and support court-related tasks.
Requirements:
- Paralegal or LLB qualification is mandatory.
- Proven experience in RAF trust and curatorship matters (NON-NEGOTIABLE).
- Familiarity with Court Online and Caselines platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working in court environments.
