What You’ll Do

• Manage tenant invoices, statements, and collections
• Allocate receipts and reconcile accounts
• Handle tenant queries professionally (email/phone)
• Support month-end, balance sheet reconciliations, and audits
• Assist the Senior Property Accountant and Financial Manager

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years’ experience in property finance, debtors, or junior accounting
• Strong Excel skills and exposure to MDA/MRI systems
• Financial qualification or degree advantageous but not essential
• Attention to detail, organised, and a team player
