About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our high-performing boutique in Cavendish, Cape Town. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily Boutique operations
- Drive sales growth and maximise store profitability
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and loss prevention
- Manage cash reconciliation and store administration
- Develop and grow Corporate Sales opportunities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and product safety
- Submit monthly reports to Head Office
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ retail management experience
- Tertiary qualification preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in premium retail advantageous
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Sales-driven and commercially minded
- Strong organisational and multitasking ability
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook)
