About the Role
GALXBOY, a proudly South African streetwear brand, is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join our team. As the front line of support for customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction with our products, services, and features.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing new policies to improve customer service
- Responding to customer questions and handling customer complaints
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs in responding to queries and complaints
- Communicating with customers through various channels, managing both emails and phone calls
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Requirements
- 1 – 2 years call centre or service correspondence experience required
- Must be familiar with help desk applications
- Matric certificate is required (additional certification in Office Management or Microsoft Office is advantageous)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
