About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to join our team as a Girl Friday / Administrator in East London. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue and send customer invoices using Sage
- Record and capture business expenses accurately
- Follow up on outstanding payments from clients
- Load and manage the company payroll
Requirements
- Must have a Matric certificate
- Proven experience with Sage (or similar accounting software)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in payroll processing is essential
