About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Experience Designer to join our team as a permanent, full-time remote employee. As a key member of our UX/UI design team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and refining our design processes, ensuring consistency across teams and projects. With a strong background in UX/UI/Interaction Design and experience working in consultancy-driven environments, you will lead innovation and drive excellence in digital product development.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to gather and evaluate user and business requirements
Translate insights and requirements into intuitive, usable interfaces
Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, sitemaps, prototypes, and associated specifications
Execute visual design from concept through to final development hand-off
Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance best practices are met
Present product solutions and design artefacts to internal and external stakeholders
Facilitate UX workshops
Partner closely with developers and BAs to solve UX challenges and provide UX reviews of work in progress
Conduct front-end build reviews, device testing, and analysis

Requirements

46 years relevant industry experience (UX/UI/Interaction Design)
Exposure to data-intensive domains with complex business applications and processes
Experience working in consultancy or project-based environments
Strong problem-solving skills with natural curiosity for how systems function
Ability to work independently through ambiguity with minimal oversight
Comfortable managing multiple projects or moving parts simultaneously
Experience working on customer-facing marketing or brand-led websites, including rebrands or visual refreshes
Strong understanding of brand and design systems, and how to translate them into scalable digital experiences
