About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a Quality & Services Manager for a luxury private reserve located in the remote Okavango Delta. This role is suited to an experienced professional comfortable working in very remote, bush-based environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery and maintenance of exceptional service standards across the reserve
- Ensure quality control across all guest services and operational areas
- Manage and develop service teams to maintain high performance in a remote setting
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements as required
- Coordinate with management to uphold the reserves luxury service ethos
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and operational protocols
Requirements
- Proven experience working in remote, bush-based properties or similar environments
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and under challenging conditions
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality guest experiences

Salary & Benefits
Salary: P35,000 – P45,000 (Negotiable DOE)
