About the Role

The Junior Billing Officer role at Profile Personnel supports the finance team with billing-related queries, data entry, and maintaining accurate financial records. This junior position assists with the preparation, processing, and reconciliation of customer invoices to ensure accurate and timely billing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on schedule.
  • Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies with internal teams or clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and account balances.
  • Assist with billing reports, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
  • Support the finance team with administrative and ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 (Diploma in Finance or Accounting advantageous).
  • 12 years experience in billing, invoicing, or general finance administration advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Experience with any accounting software advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
