About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Sandton. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of our training programmes and short courses. You will also be expected to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and provide market feedback to support course development and pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell the consulting company’s training programmes and short courses.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
- Conduct client needs analysis and recommend suitable training solutions.
- Present proposals, quotations, and training solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing and terms in line with approved guidelines.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary contact throughout the sales cycle.
- Liaise with the Training Centre Manager to ensure accurate course scheduling and delivery.
- Follow up after training delivery to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with the Training Centre Manager to align sales with training capacity and schedules.
- Report sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts to the CEO.
