INTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

City Deep, Johannesburg
15 000 R18 000 Basic + Commission

Responsible for servicing allocated customer accounts, assisting walk-in customer, securing new accounts, handling inquiries in a timely manner, processing orders and providing quotations. Also, supporting the sales team to maintain or build customer relationships and driving sales growth.

Please note: Preference will be given to candidates with specific automotive air-conditioning experience (technician, parts sales, supplier, or related exposure). General automotive aftermarket experience is advantageous but secondary.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Non-negotiable)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Automotive Aftermarket or Parts Sales
  • Working knowledge of automotive air-conditioning systems (essential)
  • Ability to communicate in English and basic Afrikaans
  • Strong stress tolerance and ability to multitask
  • Understanding of restraint of trade considerations

Key Responsibilities

  • Service allocated customer accounts
