About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Dining Room Attendant to join our team at Trading Outsource in Pretoria West. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist servers with delivering food and beverages
- Refill water, coffee, and other beverages as needed
- Set up tables with proper utensils, napkins, and condiments
- Respond to guest requests and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of the dining room before and after service
- Ensure all service stations are stocked and tidy
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
