About the Role
We are seeking an innovative Marketing Manager to develop and execute cutting-edge marketing strategies across multiple channels, drive online engagement and brand growth, and deliver successful marketing initiatives that align with our brand values.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing innovative marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Managing and updating existing websites to ensure content remains current, engaging, and aligned with brand standards
- Collaborating with external social media and digital marketing agencies to drive online engagement and brand growth
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns, events, activations, and seasonal marketing initiatives
- Creating compelling marketing content, communications, and advertising material
- Monitoring campaign performance and analysing results to maximise ROI
- Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing platforms and customer touchpoints
- Identifying new opportunities to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and foot traffic
- Working closely with operational teams and stakeholders to deliver successful marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Marketing Degree or relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 4 years’ marketing experience within a retail and/or property environment
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement strategies
- Experience managing and editing existing websites
- Proven experience working with third-party social media, advertising, and creative agencies
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Strong project management and organisational abilities
- Commercially minded with the ability to interpret marketing analytics and campaign performance
