About the Role Reporting into the ERP function, the ERP Systems Support Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation, maintenance, and support of the organisations financial systems infrastructure. Initially, the focus will be supporting and maintaining the following platforms: Syspro ERP SysproPOS Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) ERP system integrations The successful candidate should demonstrate a willingness to continuously develop technical skills and gain exposure to new technologies and business systems. Key Responsibilities Enhance ERP End-User Efficiency Act as the first point of contact for ERP system support across a growing user base. Support the System Administrator in maintaining core ERP environments including Syspro, SysproPOS, and WMS. Manage and resolve support tickets while providing timely status updates to end users. Assist with the installation, configuration, and support of third-party ERP modules. Contribute to the development of system processes, application training materials, and supporting documentation. Maintain Data Continuity, Security and System Functionality Ensure system readiness, availability, and operational functionality. Maintain data integrity and security across ERP environments. Understand and support business processes configured within the Syspro ERP system. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with system developers, third-party application providers, and internal stakeholders. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving integration, application, or network-related issues. Experience and Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualification preferred (BCom, Informatics, or related discipline). Experience supporting or administering Syspro ERP systems is advantageous. Experience with SysproPOS will be beneficial. Solid understanding of data structures and databases is required. Advanced attention to detail is essential. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical, organisational, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is advantageous. Ability to operate effectively across multiple business functions, management levels, and geographic locations.
