Job Description

Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Safety Management qualification (SAMTRAC, NEBOSH, or Diploma in Safety Management) Minimum 5 years experience as a Safety Officer within manufacturing, construction, or warehousing environments Minimum 5 years experience in security supervision and contractor coordination At least 3 years experience in facilities management, including preventative maintenance scheduling Strong knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety legislation and compliance standards Experience conducting audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and emergency planning Proven ability to manage service providers and security contracts Experience overseeing asset control, access control, CCTV systems, and infrastructure security Ability to compile structured reports and communicate effectively with management Own reliable transport and willingness to respond to after-hours incidents when required By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the (processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and/or MPRTCs clients and/or verification information suppliers.
