About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our finance team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records and supporting the broader finance function.

  • Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance across a multi-entity environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Process foreign creditor transactions and import files.
  • Prepare and submit foreign payment requests, including BOP forms and Trade Finance documentation.
  • Process invoices, payments, journals, and banking transactions.
  • Manage and maintain petty cash and foreign currency petty cash.
  • Load and process payments via Standard Bank.
  • Manage fleet cards, pay cards, and related reconciliations.
  • Process petrol card statements and payroll-related calculations.

  • Perform bank reconciliations across multiple accounts.
