Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities – Assess vehicle damage and determine the appropriate repair methods – Repair or replace damaged body panels and structural components – Carry out welding, pulling, straightening, and alignment tasks – Use professional repair tools and equipment safely and efficiently – Work closely with spray painters and other workshop staff to complete repair workflows – Inspect completed repairs and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards Experience and Qualifications – Proven experience as a Panel Beater or Automotive Damage Repair Technician – Strong technical understanding of vehicle structures and repair processes – Skilled in welding, metalwork, and panel replacement – Ability to interpret repair instructions and work independently – High attention to detail with a strong focus on safety – Relevant trade certifications are advantageous – Afrikaans proficiency is required
