About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team in South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling all aspects of civil litigation, including divorces
- Drafting and reviewing applications, summonses, affidavits, notices, and other court documents
- Representing clients in the High Court and Magistrates Court, Labour Court and Land Claims Court
- Proper file management
- Communication with clients, Advocates, Sheriffs, The Masters office
Requirements
- Admitted Attorney LLB from an accredited University
- At least 3 years’ post-article experience
