About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Creditors Clerk to join our team in Paarl. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high volumes of accounts payable (creditors) accounts, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing, and supporting the Financial Manager with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high volume suppliers and BEE credentials
  • Resolve queries and maintain contracts with service providers/suppliers
  • Allocate payments and reconcile purchases versus invoicing
  • Generate reports and meet deadlines
  • Support the Financial Manager with ad hoc and month/year end functions

Requirements

  • Matric
  • 3-5 years experience in managing high volumes of accounts payable (creditors) accounts
  • Experience dealing with high volume suppliers
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel
  • Proficiency in either SAP or Syspro software
  • Valid drivers licence
  • Own car
  • Clear criminal and credit record
