Job Description

Are you a hands-on Technical Software Lead ready to drive innovation in the wealth management and financial services space?

A high-impact opportunity exists for a dynamic technology leader with strong expertise in C#/.NET, Flutter, enterprise architecture, and digital platform transformation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical leadership, solution design, and modern financial technology.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling next-generation digital wealth platforms, leading engineering teams, mentoring developers, and ensuring best-in-class software architecture, performance, and security.

This is more than just a leadership role – it’s your chance to influence the digital strategy of a respected financial services business and leave a lasting mark on its technology ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development.
  • At least 3 years focused on mobile application development using Flutter.
  • Previous experience as a Tech Lead or similar leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in Flutter for mobile app development.
  • Experience with publishing and maintaining production apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines for mobile development
  • Familiarity with mobile testing frameworks
  • Strong expertise in C# .Net, .Net frameworks, and SQL Server (2012+).
  • Proficiency in Angular.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes/Docker for containerization.
  • Relevant certifications and expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.

Qualification:

  • BCom / BSc degree or equivalent qualification
