About the Role
As a Store Leader at Cape Union Mart International Ltd, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring the sustainability of our business. You will lead a team of sales professionals and be accountable for managing all aspects of store operations to achieve profitability. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and make a real impact on our customers’ shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve annual sales budget through meeting and exceeding daily and monthly budgets
- Manage and control financial aspects of running the store to ensure store profitability
- Adhere to merchandising standards in line with brand requirements
- Ensure proper stock management and control to minimise loss and ensure product availability
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure best customer experience
- Build excellent relationships with all relevant service providers (internal and external)
- Manage human resources effectively by recruiting, planning, and administrating payroll properly
- Inspire, motivate, develop, and hold people accountable appropriately
- Align team members to Company culture and create fun
- Implement all company policies and procedures
- Maintain health & safety practices
Requirements
- Microsoft Computer Proficiency
- Clear Criminal record
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Experience in working with cash or finances
