Introduction: To lead and drive RMAs brand strategy, ensuring alignment with its positioning as a trusted Social Insurer. Description: THE JOB AT A GLANCE To lead and drive RMAs brand strategy, ensuring alignment with its positioning as a trusted Social Insurer. The role is responsible for elevating RMAs brand equity, strengthening stakeholder perception of the brand, and ensuring consistent, strategic brand expression across all platforms. The incumbent plays a pivotal role in shaping RMAs brand narrative, embedding a strong brand culture internally, and driving organisational impact through strategic brand leadership. WHAT YOU WILL DO Enterprise Brand Stewardship Define and champion RMAs brand architecture and corporate identity at board and executive committee level Ensure brand alignment with RMAs strategic vision and social insurance mandate. Strategic Brand Leadership Lead enterprise brand strategy, ensuring RMAs brand positioning is consistently represented across stakeholder touchpoints Shape and guide brand narrative to build longterm brand equity and support organisational goals. Executive Influence & Governance Advise the CEO, Exco, and Board on brandrelated risks, opportunities, and strategic positioning Ensure compliance with brand governance frameworks and adherence to corporate identity standards. People & Culture Leadership Build and lead a highperforming Brand team Foster internal brand advocacy and ensure employees understand and embody the brand. OrganisationWide Brand Impact Champion initiatives that elevate employee understanding of the brand Strengthen RMAs influence within the insurance industry and social protection ecosystem. Strategic Brand Framework Increase brand awareness and strengthen brand equity through focused brand management Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across the organisation Oversee creative brand outputs and visual identity. Strategic Brand Positioning Define and champion RMAs brand identity across COIDA, Life Products, and AIT Administration Elevate brand visibility and relevance through strategic brand campaigns. Stakeholder Brand Perception Build and sustain trust with stakeholders through consistent brand experience Influence stakeholder perceptions through clear and consistent brand communication. Internal Brand Engagement Drive internal brand strategies that foster culture and alignment with RMAs mission Position employees as brand ambassadors. Brand Governance & Risk Provide oversight of brand governance Identify and manage brandrelated risks. Leadership Impact Inspire and lead the Brand department Influence enterprise strategy through brand insights. Requirements: WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE Honours Degree in Brand Management, Marketing, Business Leadership, or equivalent MBA or Executive Leadership Programme advantageous 15 years experience in brand leadership at a strategic level Proven experience in insurance/financial services Demonstrated success influencing boards and senior leadership.
