Job Description
- Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer, is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to support line managers and employees through effective training, skills development, and SETA submissions. This role reports to the L&D Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric + National Diploma in HRM / ETD (NQF 6)
- Registered SDF, Coach/Mentor, Assessor and Moderator
- 2+ years in Learning and Development
- Proven experience with WSP/ATR submissions and SETA engagement
- Manufacturing sector experience essential
- Strong knowledge of HR, Skills Development, EE, BBBEE and relevant labour legislation
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate HR legislative changes into policies and practices
- Support Employment Equity and BBBEE skills initiatives
- Identify training needs, analyse IDPs, source training providers, and coordinate learning programmes
- Develop in-house training material and facilitate training interventions
- Manage training logistics, evaluations, audit requirements, and learning communications
- Oversee workplace assessments and maintain assessment records
- Manage SETA processes, learnerships, WSP/ATR submissions and levy claim support
- Compile monthly training and development reports
