About the Role
Our client in the media industry is seeking an Operational Manager to oversee the organization and coordination of operations and procedures, ensuring organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various departments within the company, including Marketers, Photographers, Production, Lab, and others.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement policies
- Establish standards and procedures
- Organize operations and procedures
- Supervise staff
- Prepare time sheets
- Control correspondences
- Review and approve supply requisitions
- Liaise with other agencies, organizations, and groups
- Update organizational memberships
- Maintain equipment
Requirements
- Matric certificate
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal skills
