Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Property (Centre) Manager to oversee the full operations, performance, and management of a commercial property/centre. The successful candidate will ensure efficient day-to-day operations, strong tenant relationships, and optimal financial and operational performance. Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily management and operations of the property/centre, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning Manage tenant relationships, including onboarding, communication, and issue resolution Administer and monitor lease agreements, renewals, and compliance with lease terms Manage rental income, including billing, collections, arrears follow-ups, and reconciliations Ensure optimal occupancy levels and tenant retention strategies are implemented Handle and coordinate all maintenance issues, including preventative and reactive maintenance Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure quality and timely service delivery Conduct regular property inspections to maintain standards and identify areas for improvement Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the property and attract new tenants Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to increase foot traffic and visibility Prepare and manage property budgets, including expense control and financial planning Monitor operational costs and implement cost-saving initiatives where possible Prepare and present monthly management reports, including operational and financial performance Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations Manage service contracts, security, cleaning, and other operational services Resolve tenant complaints and operational challenges in a professional and timely manner Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance property value Requirements: Proven experience as a Property Manager, Centre Manager, or similar role Strong understanding of property management principles and lease agreements Experience managing tenants, rentals, and service providers Knowledge of maintenance management and facilities coordination Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and rental management Excellent communication and relationship management skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Preferred Competencies: Experience in retail or commercial property management Strong marketing and tenant acquisition skills High level of professionalism and customer service orientation Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Salary: Market-related salary package, based on experience and qualifications
