A leading organisation in the FMCG sector is seeking an experienced Systems HR Support & Payroll Specialist to join their dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will possess strong systems expertise and a solid background in payroll and HR operations, with a focus on detail-oriented work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support for HR and payroll systems
- Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and statutory requirements
- Manage HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Sage, SAP, or similar)
- Analyze data and resolve complex issues using advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
