About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile freelancer to provide support across multiple business functions, including graphic design, finance/administration, social media management, and marketing. The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing diverse tasks efficiently while delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing designs for digital and print (social media posts, flyers, brochures, branding materials)
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual content
- Edit and update existing designs as required
- Handle basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Maintain organized financial and administrative records
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and general office tasks
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms
- Monitor social media accounts and respond to messages/comments
- Track performance metrics and optimize content strategies
- Develop and execute basic marketing campaigns
- Assist with market research and competitor analysis
- Support email marketing and promotional activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in at least two of the listed areas (multi-skilled candidates preferred)
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping or financial processes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
