We are seeking a Finance Clerk person with 2 years of experience, to work hand-in-hand with our USA based client, building and meeting their customer service goals and needs. As a rapidly growing and developing company, we need someone who is:

Responsibilities:
● Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
● Track accounts receivable and accounts payable.
● Handle daily financial entries, including intercompany transactions.
● Prepare checks and make bank deposits.
● Draft correspondences and formal documents.
● Assist with various annual filings.
● Answer inbound telephone calls.
● Submit weekly reports to the Controller & CEO.
Requirements:
● Minimum of 2 years of experience as a full charge bookkeeper.
● Familiarity with Appfolio is a plus.
● Working knowledge of Google Suite preferred.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
● Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
● Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
● Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
Experience:
Night Shift Work: 1 year (Preferred)
Accounts Payable / Receivable: 2 years (Required)
Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Required)
Bookkeeping: 2 years (Required)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Office Based – Houghton Estate Johannesburg

Salary: R10 000,00 – R13 000,00 per month
