Requirements:
1-2 Years post-articles relevant experience Must be an Admitted Attorney Experience in Commercial litigation is essential Understanding of High Court processes and Commercial Arbitration rules An interest in and a working knowledge of Business Rescue and insolvency related Good drafting skills required for legal opinions, pleadings, etc. Experience in Commercial Litigation, Administrative Law, Corporate Law and Dispute Resolution (more specifically Mediation and Arbitration) Must be well-organised and conscientious and willing to work extended hours not a clock watcher Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Display good attention to detail Good interpersonal skills Resilient personality Maintain confidentiality Honesty, reliability and punctuality important Consultant: Stephnie Taljaard – Dante Personnel Cape Town
