Job Summary
Candidate Profile: – Relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, Soil Science, or a related field. – At least five years of experience in a management role, with strong leadership skills in fresh produce post-harvest or supply chain management. – In-depth knowledge of food safety and regulatory standards. – Proficiency in data management and analysis software. – Understanding of international trade terms and multimodal transportation. – Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons and travel to packhouses or suppliers. – Experience in the sub-tropical fruit or fresh produce industry is essential.
