Job Summary
You will lead the 2x Spas (Hoedspruit and Sabi Sands). You will collaborate with the Head of Lodge Operations to set a world-class guest experience. Ideally, you will have no less than 5 years of working experience in a high-end Spa and a proven track record of successfully leading your team. REQUIREMENTS: No less than 4 years as a Senior Spa Therapist . Ideally, no less than 18 months as a Spa Manager. No less than 3-years experience in a high-end facility Proven experience of successfully leading a team Excellent command of the English language Computer literate Drivers Licence TECHNICAL SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS: Somatology or similar qualification. An internationally recognized qualification would be advantageous. Yoga and or Pilates qualification SOFT SKILLS: Accountability Adaptability Collaborator Commitment Passion Professionalism Results orientated Lodge spirit WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Here is a little peek into what you would do to lead our Spa. Guest engagement. Day-to-day overall operations of the Spas. Monthly personnel and administrative requirements. Team development. Site visits to Sabi Sand/ Hoedspruit. Hosting. POSITION DETAILS: Contract type: Permanent (Hoedspruit) Sites: Hoedspruit & Sabi Sands Work Cycle: 6 weeks on 2 weeks off (Start Date: 01 Nov or 01 Dec 2024) BENEFITS: Accommodation Uniform Meals on duty Cash Provident (7,5%) Basic
