Job Summary

Reporting to the Divisional Executive, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following (amongst other duties): and will provide a SAP support role for a period of time Assisting DE with cost and sales analysis and reports Preparing forecasting estimates Preparation and analysis of various monthly Sales Reports and Sales Estimates Preparation of Costings and Maintaining all costing data on the system Month end schedules and reports on various costs, margins etc Preparation of and continuous improvements on key management statistics in the business (R/kg, throughput, number of wage heads) Assist DE with preparation of annual budgets Assisting the Divisional Executive and Team with ad hoc assignments Day to day SAP support and troubleshooting Maintenance of SAP master data Key Competencies B Com/B Compt degree (with accounting subjects) or completed CIMA minimum Bcom Honours (Finance or Accounting Honours) advantageous Minimum 2 years work experience in a cost accounting role Manufacturing management accounting experience will be advantageous SAP experience is essential for this role, and SAP manufacturing experience advantageous Advanced Excel and Microsoft office essential Key Characteristics Confident and independent person who is a fast learner Ability to use own initiative and work with minimum supervision Able to work under pressure in order to meet strict deadlines Inquisitive and enjoys analytical type work Excellent attention to detail
