Job Summary
The Junior Traffic Assistant position is responsible for the workflow and production processes relating to the marketing and advertising campaigns undertaken by our Client on behalf of its clients. This position is concerned with ensuring work is delivered on deadline, compiling studio schedules, updating studio schedules regularly, keeping all departments informed about project status, dispatching workloads and meeting budget. The incumbent needs to manage that everything is accomplished to task and by the due dates, as agreed. The Junior Traffic Assistant needs to know every aspect of a companys workflow and production processes, and needs to be trusted to keep things moving under pressure and on tight deadlines. The Junior Traffic Assistant job demands organisation, attention to detail, adaptability, and often, an emotionally intelligent and diplomatic touch. You must have: 0-2 Years of Digital Agency/Department experience Strong organising and planning skills Demonstrated level of attention to detail Excellent written and oral communication skills in at least, English & Afrikaans Strong Emotional Intelligence characteristics in terms of: People management Establishing good working relationships Managing pressure and stress Keeping communication open between Departments Above average skills in Microsoft Office and Chase Suite Ability to correctly use project management software
