Responsibilities:
Production Oversight : Implement and oversee daily production schedules to meet output targets. Ensure all production activities align with company standards and project timelines. Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and optimize productivity. Oversee and direct production staff, including training, development, and performance management. Monitor attendance, control duties assign , and ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed. Promote a positive work culture, addressing issues and resolving conflicts as needed. Quality Control : Maintain high standards of quality by monitoring production output and conducting regular inspections. Work with quality assurance teams to identify, document, and resolve quality issues. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and consistency. Safety and Compliance : Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to company and regulatory safety standards. Understanding of the OHAS act , Daily Operations Supportive Roll : Support with equipment maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and schedule repairs to minimize downtime. Track inventory levels for raw materials and work with Operations to prevent shortages. Maintain records of production, quality, and safety metrics for reporting purposes.
