Job Summary
Hire Resolve is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager/Operations Controller to join a leading pharmaceutical company. This role will involve managing and controlling inventory levels, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and optimizing operational processes within the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operations, including procurement, logistics, and supply chain.
- Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Work closely with the sales manager on individual product GP tracking.
- Collaborate with the warehouse manager on inventory control.
- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies.
- Conduct stock analysis, forecasting, and planning.
- Monitor and adjust inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Optimize stockholding costs and improve inventory turnover.
- Complete Bills of Materials and work with cost accounting functions.
- Manage and maintain Sage Evolution inventory management module.
- Process stock transactions, invoices, and credits.
- Generate inventory reports and analytics.
- Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets for inventory analysis.
- Create dashboards, charts, and graphs for data visualization.
- Automate reports using Excel macros and formulas.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in inventory and operations management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Professional registration beneficial eg, CSCP, CLTD, SAPICS etc.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
