Responsibilities:
Looking for and acquiring bookings and sales for the Hotel Handle reservation inquiries and bookings efficiently and professionally. Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations to meet sales targets. Provide detailed information about room rates, special packages, and hotel facilities. Manage and update reservation systems accurately. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service. Upsell additional services and room upgrades to maximize revenue. Meeting and surpassing sales targets. Qualifications: Extensive ability and experience in sales Previous experience in hotel reservations preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office. Ability to hit sales targets Benefits: Performance-based incentives.
