Responsibilities:
Installation and Maintenance: Install, repair, and maintain refrigeration NH3 refrigerants. Perform routine maintenance and servicing of ammonia refrigeration systems in cold storage and process cooling environments. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act and relevant regulations. Requirements Proficient in the use of tools and equipment for refrigeration system maintenance. Strong understanding of refrigeration principles and ammonia handling. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Technical diploma or equivalent in refrigeration, air conditioning, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in refrigeration, specifically with ammonia systems. Experience in cold storage and process cooling refrigeration systems is highly desirable. Conduct fault finding and troubleshooting on refrigeration systems. Utilize technical knowledge to optimize system performance and efficiency. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
