Duties:
Meet and Greet all GuestsCover all daily and weekly requirements of the Lodge Manager when on leaveHost agents, media and groupsWeekly planningsEnsure that minimum standards are adhered to in all departmentsDepartmental and finance meetingsPositive HealthStaff WelfareTrainingStocktakeComplete performance reviews for staff Attend Health and Safety meetings Budget linesPromote teamwork between departmentsThis is a permanent live-in position.
